RavenTrak LLC provides independent AI safety evaluation services through its ServalGuard™ methodology. All services are delivered as described in a signed Statement of Work or service agreement.

No Warranty

Our evaluations represent our independent professional assessment at the time of engagement. We make no guarantees about the completeness of findings or future AI system behavior.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, AI systems, and findings as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client information without written consent.

Intellectual Property

ServalGuard™ and RavenTrak are proprietary marks of RavenTrak LLC. Our evaluation methodology, reports, and frameworks are our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

RavenTrak LLC is not liable for decisions made based on our evaluation findings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
